Nostur does publish who you follow by default but has an option to make a follow silent/private
Except Gossip won't publish the fact that I'm following unless I do that manually, which is good.
I heard nostr:npub1n0sturny6w9zn2wwexju3m6asu7zh7jnv2jt2kx6tlmfhs7thq0qnflahe's Nostur does the same, but I'm not sure.
