Consider that the defense industry and intelligent agencies exploited the war on terror to R&D and trial a #biometric government in Afghanistan.
And now that same environment, unidentified hordes of people with rampant crime and terrorism, is being engineered across the West.
Is this a setup to institute a harsh biometric regime like what we see in Beijing? I think it might be.
