You don't get rugged by many KYC companies, you get your data sold to the government when they come knocking so the business can keep money coming in....

I like the people who talk privacy then show the world a screen shot of their btc purchases. Flashing what one got is often one's downfall. Clout chasing gonna come with a very high cost eventually

I'd hate to be the guy tasked with sifting thru and making sense of 2 decades of zaps.
No need, they've already started, and have automated systems to handle the majority of the inbound data. 20 years from now, they will have that information nice and organized, ready to knock on your door and force you to give account for every unreported zap. We have nostr sites created by devs on here that track how many zaps youve accumilated.

Yea some people worry about the 'wrench attack' not realizing there is one, and only one, way that will even be attempted is if a person is a walking billboard. Nobody gonna be robbing me for mine cuz nobody would have any reason to think I even know what a bitcoin is. I also dont have any wallets on my primary phone. That one is phone only and I dont carry the one with all my private shit unless I know Ima need access to something of the sort.
