I'm not familiar with primal's wallet but maybe check if your app is updated, & your internet works.
I managed to fund my wallet with google pay to zap folks but now the sats are just chilling not able to be sent. The benefit to primals solution if you can get it working is that you can buy more credits (bitcoin) via the app directly from your bank account.
I do have something set up with minibits, but I'm not sure if that's where I'll land just yet. I'm trying to do the research to figure out the best non-custodial wallet to get right now, but the info on this topic just doesn't seem to be as readily available as most things so it's a slow process for me.
