Burn it down. Then rebuild, no federal anything states only = small gov decentralized enough to protect from most corruption (federal)

It needs to burn, it is not salvageable. I don't think a system collapse has to affect the population nearly as much as people think. The government takes way, way more than it gives, why would removing a parasite be so bad?
