One of my friends in Chicago was a cop. He was into folk music and had contra dances at his house. The friend I sat next to in church back in high school, his dad was a cop and an elder .. although he was kinda a dick to his wife, but they're still married. ... there are a mix of good and bad people everywhere dude.

He still terrorizes people when clocked in. I have a couple friends who are cops too, but I am not blinded by friendship as to what they really are. They are obligated to enforce unjust laws. Or they lose their job.
