You can capture PS4 video and stream from a PC with OBS

I know how to use OBS but I can't work out how to capture PS4 video? 🤦 I'm using a laptop, do I need to buy some extra device?

Yep forgot to mention it, you need a video capture card. They are some decent ones for $30
