Do they die easy?

I'm using a RPi4 that had been a bitcoin node for almost 5 years. I'm not sure how the reliability is for the Pi Zeros, but I trust the RPi4.

I'm sure it will eventually, minor inconvenience when it does. Easy enough to switch at the router level while preparing a new Pi.
