We have a software called Falcon by Brandwatch that we primarily use. Then we also open up X, Facey, IG and Youtube to double check threads etc. We also have screens open for app reviews and Discord. We are always checking for spammers and scammers... So it's usually a lot of screens. A bit too much to manage from the phone 😂
