This is the first technology that “could” be smarter than us eventually. In that, it is very different than the past as I explored in my book.
The piece also misses the financial repression and inflation/wars that reset the debt and start the cycle again.
Before actually reading this, my brain jumped to a an idea that AI would be using us as slaves to do things it couldn't, but had enough dominance/power/control to make us do it
