I was at Walmart the other day. They had chuck eye steaks for 11.98 a pound, right next to them were chuck roasts for 7.47 a pound. The one right on the top had a gorgeous chuck eye in it. Could have easily made 2 thick steaks in addition to some nice boneless chuck ribs or ground chuck.
