I learned today that there is a code , not unlike morse code, that is *specifically* for tapping.

The trade off is that I think that in a lot of cases it's a lot slower, but the advantage is that you can teach "tap code" very quickly to the uninitiated, and if all you have is tapping or knocking as a medium, then the message is a lot is to "copy" or read than morse would be.

So I'm learning both in the event of a reeducation camp scenario, and hey, if it never happens, I've learned a new skill.

Morse isn't that hard to send a message, you build up muscle memory quite quickly, it's actually harder to "copy" or pick up the message as it's coming in.
