Ultralight Fisher Space Pen Hack - Take a standard Fisher Space pen refill, I like black medium width, and a length of electrical shrink wrap. Cut the shrink wrap so that the nib is exposed and the tail end just extends slightly past the end of the refill. Insert the refill in the shrink wrap, warm with a hair drier (do not use a paint heat gun) and warm the shrink wrap until it snugs up on the refill.
