The only peaceful path forward is the same as it has always been. Voluntary cooperation and private markets- without government enforced monopolies everywhere you look. Including and especially for currency.

We have had the opposite of a free market since 1913 and the results speak for themselves

Don’t care what fucking name you want to call it

"Voluntary cooperation and private markets- without government enforced monopolies everywhere you look."

Read Adam Smith. When he said "free markets" he was talking about markets free from economic rents, not from regulation. In fact, he believed democratic regulation was a crucial hedge against the power of Old Money to re-impose monopoly rents, on otherwise free enterprises.

The history of the internet proves he waa bang on. The only regulation has

The government is the number 1 CAUSE of monopolies. It does not prevent them

"The government is the number 1 CAUSE of monopolies. It does not prevent them."

As I said, it can do both. All that trying to make the state "minimal" for the last 4 decades has done is strengthen certain monopolies (eg "IP", "anti-circumvention" to enforce DRM). While undermining its capacity to prevent monopolies (using policy tools like net neutrality and antitrust).

Fortunately the needle is swinging the other way. Useful Idiots who complain about this, and defend the interests of the monopolists, will benefit along with the rest of us.

Read Bastiat

Bastiat sat in the left side of the French assembly, with the Jacobins. Against the aristocrats and would-be plutocrats on the right. Which side are you on?

things aren’t the same. and unfortunately you are as entrenched in old thinking as those you vehemently oppose.

so many people can’t see where we are, past what they are comfortable with. we are at a time of great reset. and all power structures are going to change. Like they do every 500 years or so. And all the bloviations, Star Chambers, and Make (country X) Great Again are temporary constructions at best.

Not sure what you are trying to add to this argument with actual socialists/sympathizers who are making excuses for an authority to tax them and redistribute their property.

I didn't say "things" are the same. I said the solution is. Which I stand by. The solution is voluntary cooperation. No taxes. Full stop.

Nothing new under the sun. Do not be lead astray by fear.
