my point of view as MOTHER.

if we as parents regulate time for KIDS, NO social media affects their mental health.

QUALITY, educate them to be selective on what they watch and consume, like you kids control the algorithm.
that's my point of view.

responsibility is US as PARENTS. PERIOD.
NOT big tech social media corps.

are you a MATURE INTEL CONSCIOUS PARENT or NOT?
that's the KEY QUESTION to ask.

it's NOT to blame social media corps or BIG TECH.
it's THE people.
what kind of parent are you?
and how you educate GUIDE your kids?

AGE‑BASED GUIDELINES (AAP / CDC)

under 18 months: none, except video calls.

2-5 years: ≤1 hour/day high-quality, with you.

6-12 years: ≤1.5-2 hours/day total screens (non-school).

teens: NO fixed limit, just protect sleep, exercise, and focus.
