Oh hell yeah I always have a lookout on marketplace or craiglist for a cheap one. Ive never found one, but maybe someday. One friend lives in AK and they build all of their out buildings with milled lumber. Well mostly because the furs and pines are pretty small. Another friend does historical repair and mills most of their stuff he's planning to build his house from milled lumber if he can someday.
