Who was it sent to? How do I know it was sent to someone in need? Why should I trust your account, that you are indeed sending sats to people who need them?

Sorry, I don't understand exactly what you mean. We post the proof of payment with the invoice and the receiver if they are comfortable with that.
If you are asking me to donate funds to your “charity”, how can you prove to me that you are distributing those funds?
Showing proof of funds sent and received doesn’t prove anything. You could spin up 10 000 accounts yourself and show me “proof”.
Yes, this is true. Which is why we have been tagging the people who received the funds, it's not a perfect fix but it helps provide more credibility.
