It is not that all value will centralize to bitcoin but all monetary value will be absorbed by bitcoin.
My car has utility value to transport me. Bitcoin will not take this away. However you would be less likely to store your wealth in cars in a world with perfect money which is what bitcoin represents.

Since your question was about value I was thinking simple of the store of value aspect and why people would choose to store their value in bitcoin.
As a medium of exchange bitcoin still has unsolved problems.
Fair point. With this argumentation I totally get. To have Bitcoin as a longterm storage for security and permissionless exchange valuestorage, it could might be the best cryptocurrency.
