There’s some binance account and a few other airdrop nonsense commenting on my posts.

On Amethyst I report. It removes them but still confusing the reply counter etc, bit annoying tbh.

I mute every time.
Get a relay where You can then filter by keywords and automatically mutes them
Report and mute, there aren't many bots so far.
Mute/Block depending what your client calls it.
