This is a great point. Four Thieves will likely eventually render prep useless. Prep is already *much* less preventative for HIV for gays than the 99% claimed and they only claim 74+% for intravenous drug users when they're taking proper pharma meds so can only imagine what that will mean with garage made prep of questionable dosage. Also seems strange that someone would pay more for this rather than just buying clean needles.
