Not heard of this, but it reminded me of this Italian (think it was Italian anyway) anarchist group who were cutting heroin with AIDS preventative drugs. Maybe it was drugs that stopped passing it on, something like this.
Not saying there's any link between the two scenarios tho lol

This is a great point. Four Thieves will likely eventually render prep useless. Prep is already *much* less preventative for HIV for gays than the 99% claimed and they only claim 74+% for intravenous drug users when they're taking proper pharma meds so can only imagine what that will mean with garage made prep of questionable dosage. Also seems strange that someone would pay more for this rather than just buying clean needles.
