I know some of people hate on Liquid, but it’s really a game-changer for moving sats from custodial Lightning wallets to your own keys.

I just moved a stack from nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm to my nostr:npub1jg552aulj07skd6e7y2hu0vl5g8nl5jvfw8jhn6jpjk0vjd0waksvl6n8n Green wallet in less than a minute and it was orders of magnitude cheaper than going back to base layer bitcoin. ⚡️💧

Second layers FTW!

Did you use bol.tz or is there a direct way to send lightning sats to greenwallet's liquid addresses?

Yes, using Boltz.

aqua abstracts boltz out of the equation, and you'll get a seemless experience

Yeah, that’s my next step. I want to try all the things so I can understand how they work.

Don’t know much about the liquid layer is it safe?

It requires an element of trust, but you would need to imagine the majority of these parties conspiring to rug you.
