Like through their support ticket system? Yes, haven't heard a peep. Now I've got over 40K sats from 3 games that suddenly stopped paying out. Frankly I'm getting really tired of the whole constant mess, constant issues.
Have you tried contacting AdGem directly? I recently got my Family Island payout because I did that.

Yes, the AdGem support ticket system you get to from the menu on the offerwall (not ZBD). They sent me the 23k sats from Family Island. Merge Garden didn’t show up in my “In Progress” or “Completed” lists, so I didn’t get that one. I’m going to finish Alice’s Dream Merge Island then stick with surveys. I have better luck with those for my time:sat ration. Sorry it’s turned out so badly for you. :(
Yes I went thru that multiple times and have never gotten a response. I was really enjoying Alice's Dream until it stopped rewarding too. It was a dream come true when Candy Crush showed up in Playtime, but it stopped rewarding too. I think it's just time to find another side hustle that is more reliable and just DCA my bitcoin.
