You can be both in & out depending on the topic.
For ex, a lot of Bitcoiners live in cities and don't see anything wrong with it.
Meanwhile everyone living in countrysides knows cities are unhealthy places to be.
I apply the concept of overton to political ideas only. All ideas otherwise I consider a matter of opinion and preference.
