I found this tired little possum. I think the dog had been chasing it around. He'd been messing around chasing something in the long grass for over an hour. I was doing something else so didn't really pay attention.

It was so stressed & tired from the dog that it didn't move when I approached it. I fed it a couple of ripe bananas & let it chill in peace. It was gone when I checked back on it a couple of hours later.

Nice, I rescued this little brush tail joey from its mum’s pouch one evening last week. The mum had been hit by a car but this little guy survived. Handed it over to a wildlife carer a few hours later. Was going to keep it but realised I couldn’t dedicate the time it would require.
