This book really made me think about the concept of capital in different forms.
Health and vitality is biological capital, which can't be taxed, benefits the individual, and it has this huge and foundational meta-value that benefits every aspect of your life.
Me and my wife started the Paleolithic Ketogenic Diet for a year before pregnancy, and aim to be the pivot where we reverse the biological capital strip mining of our bloodline and begin accumating capital once again. The Sun will rise again.
