I did the dumbest thing possible to my bike a few months back. A pet died, I got drunk, decided to shoot my crossbow in the basement, pierced the down tube just above the bottom bracket😫

That must be a very powerful crossbow/arrow .. or was the frame carbonfiber? That sucks; expensive mistake :gummysad:
Yea I was shocked. Its far from a top level crossbow, just standard bolts and an aluminum frame on the bike. Guess there was more power than I thought for what I paid. Its a Barnett, but a low end model. Think it should still be ridable just around town, but if I ever wanna hit trails again, I aint trusting it
Had the bike for like 20 yrs too so not like I ruined a new one. Mainly used for transportation until the incident. All my former riding friends are lame anymore so havent really gone for a real ride in quite some time. Still sucks though
