How does it work? Does the board have to execute if they vote against it's recommendation?
The board recommended voting a no on this last month, but a lot has happened since then, including Saylor presenting this to them.
Yup. That's why I'm wondering if they have any leeway in interpreting the shareholder view in case vote is against their recommendation.

I believe he already presented it.
And yes it's the shareholders that vote on this. The board recommended a no vote, but they could change their minds or shareholders could rule in the favor of doing so.
What do you think? Will it be enough to tip the share holders to vote to acquire BTC?
