Day 2 #75hard
1) follow a diet, no alcohol (ketovore, seasonal, no refined anything, carbs below 35)
2) 2 45 min workouts, 1 outside (i mean, all workouts here are outside)
3) drink 1 gallon h20
4) read 10 pages of a book, no audiobooks
5) post an update pic
Currently not listening to anything whilenworking out so that I can be alone in my head without interruptions. Not sure I will do this the whole time but for now it works.
