Clients like astral.ninja let you set it. Or you can edit profile metadata at metadata.nostr.com but you need an chrome extension like nos2x to sign the transaction for the second option

you need to use your private key to do it in another client - you may need to use Damus.io/key to convert your key for some of the other clients as well
