I installed it to the computer and it runs Ubuntu without the USB drive
Sorrybmaybe I misread something. You have the Ubuntu installed already correct? What are you trying to do with the flash drive then?

Ah I see. Try finding a drive partitioning aoftware. It think there's one included with Ubuntu
Or download gparted and try delelting partitions.
Dont make my mistake of deleting my main hard drive partition
