This is such a cool thought when it comes to wearable Ai… combined with an absolutely dogshit UX
The obvious low hanging fruit application for wearable AI is language translation on the fly, but then the ex-Apple marketeers in turtlenecks can’t make cool product videos and give ridiculous names to colour variations and fleece VCs with something practical like that.
For real, the extremely obvious answer to this UX nightmare is to just have some main “auto options” like translation, and making the thing controllable/configurable on your mobile. The projector and pointless gesture reading is going to have such high failure rate while simultaneously will be a battery drag.
Just terrible foresight and design thinking for a promising concept.
