He has your right arm but I’m guessing since he has his left arm extended you could take the under hook and put his back on the mat but you’d have to give up pinning his right arm.

Use your chest to take his left arm to the mat and go for Americana or arm lock if he extends?
what you cant see is my left foot isn’t past. so i relinquished to half guard, then he got his guard back and we went fifty fifty, he tried to ankle lock, eventually i swept him.
