Very moderate. I'm in maintenance.

Less than 2x bodyweight for squat.

Only 2x bodyweight at deadlift.

Bench, standing press, much lighter.

Great numbers

Was much higher. Trying to lean out and drop some muscle in exchange for more agility. Climbing, playing with kids, swimming, sprinting. That's the goal.

Who says you need purposely drop the muscle to do that

I’m of the belief your body will naturally adapt itself based on your activity. So I guess chicken or egg kind of thing there maybe

Yup. Lifting less heavy these days, eating for metabolism, playing more. Body is recomping by itself.

TBH my views on health anf lifestyle changed a lot in the last 2 years and I'm kinda amazed I ever thought being this big would be a good thing. I'm dragging compared to where I would be with 10-15lb less mass.

You're going to naturally lose body mass as you age and will be unable to put on any muscle as you get older. Just don't want to put on so much muscle you wreck your joints while young. Then you're really stuck when you're old.

I could lose 50% of my muscle and still be in the top 2-3%.

People are beyond weak, dude.

You only lose about 10% of your muscle mass when you get old. 50% is very strong cap lol

If that’s your “moderate” regimen then that’s impressive.

What did you do to put on the muscle?

Any routines or tips you recommend?
