My problem is between saving for the future, or living for today, once I'm debt free in ~4 years, I could do both but some weeks I can't afford my own stuff like gas, and groceries, luckily I live with my folks but still it's a little embarrassing in my opinion.
About 20% to 50% of my paycheck is going towards paying my consumer loans back.
I've been at my current job for 4, and a half years but you don't get any good paying roles until you're at least 7+ years in.
I'm 6 months away from being vested into the pension, and that's the main reason I stay but I don't know if I want to stay.
All the benefits are good but the pay is terrible due to low hours throughout the year.
I know I need to do better but it's difficult currently.
Wage Slavery sucks.
