Day 16: #grownostr initiative
What client is everyone using? Is it working well?
I currently use Snort on my laptop. It was working great for the first 2 weeks, but now it has trouble displaying notifications.
It might be time to branch out and use a different client. I'd love to hear what everyone else is using and how they like it.
On laptop, Iris seems less buggy to me than Snort. On Android phone i use Amethyst, which is pretty smooth.
Amethyst on Android. I use snort on desktop occasionally, but so far don't like it as much.
FYI a couple of people suggested Iris and I started using it and I really like it.
I am also using Amethyst on mobile. Slick, fast, good user experience. I've used Iris on a laptop and it has worked well.
I'm using Iris on my laptop. I've been meaning to try out snort on my laptop and amethyst on my phone (I've never put social media on my phone before), but have been busy and haven't made it a priority. Iris works pretty well. When I try to follow someone it usually doesn't show that the follow worked until I manually refresh the page, but then I see that I am following. That is my main complaint.
I'm using Iris and it's been working much better since I switched to Mullvad browser.
iris seems to be the most user friendly currently. i like it.
