We left that bank four years ago when my son was below ten years of age, and I am contemplating the proper reply strategy.

As you know, I am an angry sovereign, opposing anything resembling data collection for no reason. I fucking hate banks, KYC, and all centralized services in general.

A hint: I am talking severe flaming stuff...

Yeah, but who are you flaming? Just some customer service rep. who hates their job anyway. The kyc stuff comes down from management/compliance.

By replying, you're giving them more information than they currently have (e.g.confirming your address/email )
