One of the most important things to ensure consistency is to find a routine you actually enjoy.

If you don't enjoy a given exercise, you'll come up with excuses to skip it and thus destroy your consistency and gains.

i started bwf two weeks ago and i am not sure i specifically enjoy the exercises, but i certainly enjoy the whole process of the workout

As one gets older you realize that consistency is the key to everything in life. Investing, relationships, health, etc

I'm not sure enjoy is the right word. I've never met an effective exercise that was type 1 fun the whole time.

Another important thing to ensure consistency is to avoid injuries.

The difference between winners and losers in all facets of life, IMO, can be distilled down to routine - did you do the long-game shit the behooves you regularly or not? Too bad it took me (Sukoni founder) until about 45 to figure this out.
