I made most of it including the dressing.
Typically I make everything from scratch, but the falafels I bought from Aldi which honestly were not that bad. 😁
I think I am going to pickle the onions for the next I make this, and maybe try topping it with either a little Aleppo pepper or Zaatar spice.
