There used to be this great place pre-pandemic that had the BEST falafel bowls. I miss it so much and had a craving that I just couldnt shake. So you know what that means. TO THE KITCHEN!

I made most of it including the dressing.

Typically I make everything from scratch, but the falafels I bought from Aldi which honestly were not that bad. 😁

I think I am going to pickle the onions for the next I make this, and maybe try topping it with either a little Aleppo pepper or Zaatar spice.
