If you want to introduce your friends to lightning and you're afraid they'll lose whatever sats you give them, then set them up with Friends & family on #AlbyHub and keep their sats safe for them.
1. This is why most times I never introduced anyone to Bitcoin because they aren't able to safeguard their Bitcoin and will most likely screw it up.
2. Most of the will end up buying shitcoins instead of Bitcoin then get upset and call Bitcoin a scam after they lose everything.

I onboard people with Strike. You can't buy shitcoins. Then once they get a meaningful amount saved, they'll likely have gone down the rabbit hole some and will then be serious about self custody.
