Most people don’t have this problem. It’s because you’ve altered your iPhone accessibility settings. Go to your iPhone Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size > Button Shapes. Disable that.

You can disable it on a per-app basis. It’s the last option on the Accessibility screen.
