Gun culture is all over the place too: shooting ranges are popular, including with children. Hell, I've even seen a vendor setup a air soft rifle with Putin as a target, literally in the main central square of Lviv. The police didn't care one bit, other than to complement one gun on his particularly accurate shooting.
