I literally said sorry for being so annoying about it, for being so serious, twice, and explained why I'm passionate about it. And I said clearly that I don't think less of you for having these innocuous opinions that I've heard from other people, have been annoyed by for a while, and was simply expressing an opinion on. I'm a naturally disagreeable person but I meant no insult, and I said as much.

I am relaxed. I'm also just myself. I'll interact with you or not according to my values, in whatever way I want. If I don't like the conversation or have anything to learn or that the other person values me sharing, I'm out. Simple as that.
