I could grow hundreds of pounds of radish here, but never have I found a recipe I like much until now.
Soegogi Muguk, very simple just radish, beef, garlic, green onion fish sauce & rice. Mild soup but very good & cheap - more sats stacked

I have sauteed, and grilled radishes I look forward to this one. Are euro radishes good too?

I think it’d be good with any type of radish. These were a variety called ‘Wasabi’
Only used 2 in the entire soup. Probably made 16 servings
She's a ₿eaut! Would be the rest of my harvest lol
