In Lebanon is the same process almost as you described, BTC to USDT via DEX, then USDT to credit via any available non-kyc P2P service, or check out local exchange chat groups for a physical p2p (credit or cash), or visit a normal currency exchange store that supports crypto.

I think its the same in turkey.
