First red flag about Saylor's behavior towards how he sees #bitcoin is that he does use Coinbase for custudy.. Talked more about why the pricenis going up Forever from an energetic point, and almost never unlighted how Bitcoin effectively mines Central Banking system.. system on which his company and all his business are based and built on..

.. incentives.

Whats wrong with using coinbase for custody?

Nothing "wrong" specifically, but with the only one pristine asset that you could self sovereign own without the need of a third party.. and the owner of this specific company having proved being a shitcoiner and big blocker, and always against the real bitcoin values (talking about Brian Armstrong Coinbase Ceo).. bitcoin gives you the choice, it's up to us to take responsibilities.

Fair enough I cant argue with selfcustody but Im wondering why Saylor/mstr using CB is a "red flag?" Ive always assumed he had to for some regulatory reason given how much he has.

I am talking about his own personal stack, and I remember seeing one of his MicroStrategy videos promoting custody on Coinbase.

Coinbase is a big red flag itsefl for me.

Even in the ETF world, some has choose self custody, many Coinbase.. incentives, values.

He’s not the only one who uses them

absolutely true.. and concerning IMHO. Sigle point of failure, a massive one.

There are many, like mining pools

exactly.

he talks nonsense about hornets in cyberspace all the time, people applaud without understanding what he even means. he either does not understand the technology which btc is based on or he lies about it.

until 2015 he said that btc was a scam, a fraud and bullied it. now he bullies all other cryptocurrencies, also the superior ones in the same way.

it is what central banking stateists do

Series question - What other superior ones [cryptocurrencies]?

all which are limited in issuance

can be used for payments with very low fees

with instant or almost instant confirmation

were neveer down, never got broken into

offer privacy

Which cryptocurrencies are you talking about then?

To me, he simply views Bitcoin as a better version of the gold/property asset and not really as a digital currency and is therefore hoarding. Same stance as the UK gov, landed gentry and the banks took with regard to gold and land. All the rhetoric is just to pump. The rest will be history repeating.
