I think there is a mistake in your graphic. Germany does have "Employees social contributions". Or what does count into it?
We pay 18,6% (half employee, half company -> should still count completly) into the pension insurance ponzi
Then 2,6% into the unemployment insurance (half/half)
and 3,4% into the care insurance
plus 14,6% into the health insurance
All is forced and not free to chose
Who is paying >30% income tax in Switzerland? They should have kids and reduce their income below 150k, you pay much less then.

In Austria you also have to pay social insurance 38% before income tax.
