You can message with people using a really interesting method of paying relays via ecash (works like the postal system, the devs can explain it better than me but seems like the kind of thing you'd be interested in).
There's also a built in browser where you can pay LN invoices really simply from the app's ecash wallet. It's very similar to the Fedi mods UX (if you've used that) where you click an invoice, a little popup appears, confirm payment, done. I've used it to pay for my Mullvad subscription, very easy process that doesn't involve scanning QR codes, copy-pasting, etc. Just click a few times and done.
