What we need in my personal opinion is a nosta version of tiktok but just without an algorithm and has all the fun features

Amethyst has a sort of scrolling feed that reminded me of TikTok. That said, the functionality leaves a bit to be desired. Honestly not sure how much of that is on Amethyst and how much is on the relays. If you've not seen it may be worth taking a look.
